Change Date Format in Joomla Content

I you need to change the default date format on your site you can use a language override.

Login to the back end of your site and go to EXTENSIONS>>LANGUAGE>>OVERRIDES

Select NEW

Input the details necessary to adjust the way the site displays dates

1.  DATE_FORMAT_LC2

2.  m-d-Y or d-m-Y etc

3.  SAVE and close

Final
